Loss

This is my grief over my dearest treasure, my little princess Nelissa whom I lost 2 weeks ago today. I still can't fathom that she's gone.
She was the light in my life. She helped me get through my deepest depression by giving me joy when no one else could.
I remember the first time I laid my eyes on her. She looked me straight in the eye and all I could see was hate. She hated me so much in the beginning but soon enough she started to trust me and we became friends. She was my best friend. And now my best friend is dead.
